Orders & Payments All orders are processed only after full payment is made. Payments confirm commitment to the order. Once payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled. 3. Imported Goods All items are imported based on customer requests. Processing and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, shipping companies, or external factors beyond our control. 4. Pricing Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of payment is final. 5. Shipping & Delivery Shipping fees must be paid within the stipulated time once items arrive. Customers have 3 working days to pick up items or provide delivery details after arrival notification. Failure to comply may attract storage fees. 6. Refunds & Exchanges We operate a No Refund Policy. Exchanges are considered only for wrong or damaged items reported within 24 hours of receipt, with valid proof. 7. Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for: Confirming correct size, color, and product details before payment Providing accurate delivery information 8. Liability Wear Chiki and Imports is not liable for: Customer selection errors Delays beyond our control Minor differences in color or design due to screen display variations 9.
