PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and standards governing all transactions with Wear Chiki & Imports. BUSINESS HOURS & COMMUNICATION Operating Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00am – 7:00pm Customer Support Channels: WhatsApp, Phone Call, Social Media DMs Response Time: Within 24 hours on working days Please note that messages sent outside business hours will be attended to the next working day. --- 3. PRICING POLICY All prices are clearly stated and quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Prices may change due to supplier cost, exchange rates, or promotions without prior notice. Once payment is made, the price at the time of purchase remains final. --- 4. PAYMENT POLICY Full payment is required before processing any order. Accepted payment methods include: Mobile Money Bank Transfer (if applicable) Orders are confirmed only after payment verification. ⚠️ No items are reserved without payment. --- 5. ORDER & PRE-ORDER POLICY Ready Stock Orders Orders for available items are processed immediately after payment confirmation. Pre-Orders / Imports Pre-orders require full or agreed deposit payment. Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by shipping delays, customs clearance, or supplier issues. Customers will be updated regularly on the status of their pre-orders. ⚠️ Pre-order payments are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier. --- 6. DELIVERY & PICK-UP POLICY Delivery options include: Courier Service In-store/Office Pick-up (if applicable) Delivery fees are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise. Customers must confirm delivery details accurately. Wear Chiki & Imports is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information. Shipping Arrival, Payment & Pick-Up Terms Once the shipping company notifies us that items have arrived, customers have up to 3 days to pay their shipping fees. After payment of shipping fees, customers must pick up their items or provide delivery details within 3 working days. Failure to pick up items or submit delivery details within the stated time frame will result in the application of storage fees, as charged by the shipping company. Storage fees incurred due to customer delays shall be fully borne by the customer. Failure to pay shipping fees after the shipping company has delivered the items may result in delays, storage charges, loss, or other challenges, for which Wear Chiki & Imports will not be held responsible. --- 7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS Items sold are carefully inspected before dispatch. No refunds after purchase. Exchanges are only accepted if: The wrong item was sent, or There is a verified manufacturing defect (reported within 24 hours of receipt). Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for exchange consideration. ⚠️ Sale items and pre-order items are not eligible for exchange. --- 8. SIZE & PRODUCT DETAILS DISCLAIMER Customers are responsible for confirming sizes before payment. Measurements and product descriptions are provided to assist customers. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or supplier differences. --- 9. CANCELLATION POLICY Orders cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation. Abusive language, threats, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. The business reserves the right to refuse service where necessary. --- 11.
